2CM-2/4A Double-ridge and Four-row Potato Seeding Machine

The 2CM-2/4 potato planter is a new type of suspended machine that is matched with a four-wheel tractor with a power of more than 120 horsepower. This potato seeder is mainly composed of components such as a traction suspension device, a frame, a fertilization device, walking ground wheels, a seed box, a seed metering device, a spraying device, a ridging device, and a film covering device. Among them, the ridging device is of the disc ridging type. It integrates functions such as rotary tillage and soil preparation, fertilization, planting, spraying herbicides, ridging, film covering, and laying drip irrigation tapes (optional). It has the characteristics of a compact structure, reliable performance, convenient operation, and simple maintenance. It is suitable for potato planting operations in relatively large plots where the soil is relatively flat after tillage and preparation, there are no sand and stone obstacles, and the soil moisture content is between 12% and 20%.

 

The whole machine is connected to the rear end of the tractor. During operation, the tractor pulls the machine forward. Driven by the walking ground wheels, each chain drive mechanism changes speed to complete seed metering, spraying insecticides, and fertilization. Then the ridger ridges the soil. After scraping the ridges flat, herbicides are sprayed, and then the film is covered. The film pressing wheels press the two sides of the film, and finally, the film covering shovel presses the soil on the film.
